We’re planning to host three special World Cup Matchday Tournaments to celebrate Scotland’s group-stage matches. These will be FREE OF CHARGE!
Each event will be tailored to specific age groups, with players mixed into new teams to create a fun, competitive, and memorable experience for everyone involved.
Below are the provisional tournament dates and age groups. Venues and exact timings will be confirmed once we’re confident we have enough players, coaches, and volunteers to run each event successfully.
Saturday 13 June (morning)
Youngest age groups: 2019, 2018, 2017 (boys), U8 & U10 (girls)
Friday 19 June (early evening)
Middle age groups: 2016, 2015, 2014 (boys), U11, U12, U13 & U14 (girls)
Wednesday 24 June (early evening)
Older age groups: 2013, 2012, 2011 (boys), U16 (girls)
We’ll be sending out the event invitation shortly. A lot of time and planning will go into organising balanced teams, so PLEASE make sure your child is available on their tournament date before registering them.
